4. Scope and Limitations
The Family Cyber Center provides trusted advisory services only.

We do not provide:

Device repair or troubleshooting

System configuration or account setup

Managed security services or monitoring

Direct incident response, forensic analysis, or real-time intervention

Investigations or enforcement actions

We advise, analyze, and educate, clients own decisions and actions.
5. No Execution or Representation
The Family Cyber Center does not:

Contact third parties on your behalf (e.g., banks, platforms, individuals, or authorities)

Access or control your accounts, devices, or systems

Handle disputes or incidents directly

You remain solely responsible for any actions taken based on the guidance provided.
6. Limited Real-Time Guidance
The Family Cyber Center strives for prompt response rates. However, it does not represent itself as 'on-call' support. As such, immediate / real-time support may be limited. Additionally, technologies such as, screen or file sharing, may be limited and may require additional time to complete analysis.Â

All interactions are advisory only.
You may choose to not follow guidance at your discretion.
7. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Digital safety and cybersecurity involve evolving and unpredictable risks.

While the Family Cyber Center provides guidance in good faith based on experience and available information, we do not guarantee:

9. Billing and Cancellation
Memberships may be canceled at any time.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

No refunds are provided for previously billed subscription periods

If a renewal charge is made unintentionally and you contact us promptly, we may review the request and issue a refund at our discretion.
10. Additional Services
Fees for additional services (e.g., hourly advisory sessions) may be refunded upon request if the service has not yet been delivered. Once services are delivered refunds are no longer provided irregardless of satisfaction with outcomes or deliverables.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 72 hours.
11. Use of Services
Services may only be used by the membership owner, authorized members of their household, and only in support of systems and persons (minors) you have authority to represent. You agree to use services responsibly and to provide accurate information when seeking guidance.

We do not conduct research against 3rd parties or individuals on your behalf unless written authorization is provided.

The Family Cyber Center reserves the right to refuse service in situations involving misuse, abuse, or inappropriate conduct.
