We needed an answer to these issues and one didn't exist

To us, the question was, why doesn't this already exist? Cyber criminals have named the individual as their target of choice and individuals deserve a partner in defending themselves. When we first started researching tools in this space we expected to see a myriad of resources; however, we were shocked to find out that almost know tools existed. Granted there are some reporting capabilities if you know where to go, certain private institutes help educate their clients, and corporate training. We just couldn't find a single source that took on the defensive support of the household.

So here we are!

Meet the Founder

Thaddeus founded the Family Cyber Center with 15+ years of security experience in government and private sectors, covering physical and digital security threat landscapes. He earned two Master’s degrees, a dozen certifications related to security, completed a combat tour in Iraq, and has completed hundreds of offensive engagements and strategic planning exercises for organizations. At the age of 30 Thaddeus became a father, and as his son grew Thaddeus had to make the same decisions we all make about technology with kids. Fortunately, this came easy given Thaddeus' background, but he also found himself being reached out to by friends, family, and neighbors about what to do with their own kids, which led to many other conversations around how to keep things safe online.

And that's just it right? Right now, you either know someone who is tech savvy, or you don't. Thaddeus saw that as a real risk that he wanted to solve in his own life and for the people he cares about. As he worked on how to empower those close to him, he realized how big the problem was, and began working in his spare time, late nights and weekends, to create a solution for everyones families.
